Every door on this page is one our crew installed on a real Phoenix Valley home. No stock photography, no manufacturer renderings. If you are trying to picture what a style looks like on a house that is not in a catalog, this is the honest version: real stucco, real desert light, real driveways.
Browse for the look you want, then tell us which one caught your eye. Most people find something here within a few panels of what they had in mind, and we can price that exact configuration.
Most of what you see above falls into a handful of styles, and the differences matter more in person than they do on a spec sheet.
Carriage house. The most requested upgrade we do. Overlays and decorative hardware give a swing-out barn door look on a door that still rolls up normally. It reads well on Spanish, ranch and territorial homes, which covers most of the Valley.
Long panel and short panel. The traditional raised-panel look. Long panel reads cleaner and more modern; short panel reads more classic. Both take window sections across the top row.
Flush and modern. A flat face with no panel lines, usually paired with vertical window slots. This is what most new contemporary builds in North Phoenix and Scottsdale are going with.
Faux wood and wood grain. Steel doors with a wood-grain texture and stain-tone finish. You get the look of a wood door without a wood door in 115 degree summers, which is the practical answer here.
More detail on each in our garage door styles guide, and the construction differences are covered under garage door materials.
People usually ask for a number before they have picked a door, and the honest answer is that the door decides the number. Here is what actually moves it.
See what is running right now on our current offers page, or send us the photo of the door you liked and we will price that build.
Several sets above are the same house before and after. They are worth looking at together, because the change is bigger than most people expect from one exterior component.
A garage door is commonly a third of what you see from the street. Replacing a faded, dented, sun-baked door is the single most visible exterior change you can make on a Valley home short of repainting it, and it is consistently near the top of national cost-recovery rankings for home improvements.
The part that does not photograph is the rest of it. A new door is quieter, it is balanced correctly, and on an insulated build the garage runs cooler, which matters when the room above it or behind it is conditioned space. If your current door still works and you are only unhappy with how it looks, ask us about panel replacement before you replace the whole thing. Sometimes that is the right call and we will tell you so.
Two ways to go from browsing to a real number. Use our design your door tool to see styles and colors on a home like yours, or just request a quote and tell us which photo above you want to copy.
We install every major brand including Amarr, Clopay and Martin, and we handle the full garage door installation from tear-out to haul-away. If the new door needs a new opener to lift it, we cover opener installation in the same visit.
