Garage Door Grunts LLC ("Garage Door Grunts," "we," "us") is a veteran-owned garage door repair, service and installation company at 2663 W Lone Cactus Dr, Suite A, Phoenix, AZ 85027. This policy explains what information we collect when you use garagedoorgrunts.com, call or text us, book a visit, or hire us for a job, and what we do with it.

Quote, contact and booking forms. Your name, phone number, email, details about your garage door, how you heard about us, any photo you upload, and whether you agreed to receive marketing text messages. When you book a visit, we also collect your service address and appointment preferences.
Calls, texts and emails. What you tell us when you contact us, including your phone number and the details of your request.
Newsletter sign-up. Your email address, if you enter it in the sign-up box on our website.
When we do the work. Your service address, notes about your door and what we found, photos our technicians take of your door and parts, estimates, invoices and payment status.
Payments and financing. Card payments are handled by the payment processor built into our scheduling and invoicing software, Housecall Pro. We do not store full card numbers. If you apply for financing, that application goes to our financing partner, Wisetack, and is covered by their privacy policy.
When you visit our website, standard technical information is collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view, the site that sent you to us, and the date and time of your visit.
Advertising and analytics tools. Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Google Ads tag, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and WordPress.com (Jetpack) statistics. These use cookies and similar technologies to show us how people find and use our site and to measure which ads lead to calls and requests. Our forms also save the advertising click ID and campaign details that brought you to our site, so we can tell which ads produce real jobs.
Call tracking. Phone numbers shown on our website and ads are CallRail tracking numbers that forward to our office. CallRail logs the calling number, date, time, call length and which ad or page the number came from. CallRail does not record our calls.
Spam protection. Form submissions are checked by Akismet to filter spam.
Calls with our office may be recorded by our business phone system, Housecall Pro, for quality, training, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed and quoted. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call, or email us instead.
To respond to your request, give you a price, and schedule, perform and follow up on your service.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, estimates, invoices and receipts.
To send marketing emails and texts, only if you signed up or agreed to receive them.
To ask for a review of our work.
To understand how people use our website and which advertising brings in customers, and to improve both.
To prevent spam and fraud, keep our records, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
What you will get. If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointment, estimate or invoice. If you also check the marketing consent box on our form, or otherwise agree, we may send occasional texts about offers and seasonal maintenance from Garage Door Grunts. Texts are sent through Housecall Pro.
Consent is optional. Agreeing to marketing texts is not required to get a quote or buy any service.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for help. You can also email requestinfo@garagedoorgrunts.com or call (623) 219-8460.
Your mobile information stays with us. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in information is never shared with anyone except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their part:
Housecall Pro, our scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payment, texting and business phone software, and the payment processor that works inside it.
Zapier, which moves website form submissions into Housecall Pro and our email.
Wisetack, if you apply for financing.
CallRail, for call tracking.
Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads, Maps and our business email) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ad measurement).
WordPress.com / Jetpack, Akismet and our website host, which run and protect this website, and Trustindex, which displays our public Google reviews on our pages.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or with a buyer or successor if our business or its assets are sold or transferred. We do not sell your personal information.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site will still work, though some features may not.
To limit ad personalization, use Google Ad Settings and your Meta ad preferences. To opt out of Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them yet.
If you leave us a Google review, it is public on Google. We display Google reviews on our website through Trustindex. Our Recent Jobs pages describe completed work by city and show photos of the door and parts only. We never publish customer names, street addresses, phone numbers or prices from a job.
We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to provide service, honor warranties and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Website analytics data is kept according to the settings of the tools above. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
We use reputable service providers, secure (HTTPS) connections on our website, and limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email requestinfo@garagedoorgrunts.com and we will delete it.
You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails and texts at any time.
