By submitting payment on any invoice issued by Garage Door Grunts LLC, the Client confirms that all services described on that invoice have been performed and tested to the Client's satisfaction, unless a written exception is noted on the invoice. Labor charges apply to any completed repair work regardless of outcome. Payment in full of the invoice total is required upon receipt.
Estimates are approximations based on the anticipated scope of work. Unforeseen complications may result in adjustments to parts or labor. Clients will be contacted promptly before any additional charges are incurred.
By accepting a Purchase Order, the Client agrees to purchase the specified goods or services at the listed quantities and pricing, subject to the stated payment and delivery terms. The Client acknowledges all cancellation, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and force majeure provisions contained herein.
This Agreement protects both the Client and Garage Door Grunts LLC. No door order will be placed until this Agreement is signed and returned.
When replacing only some of the garage doors at a property, variations between new and existing doors may occur due to manufacturer design changes, the Client's selected style, or environmental aging. Garage Door Grunts LLC will make every reasonable effort to match existing doors but cannot guarantee an identical appearance.
Discontinued models, colors, and panel designs are beyond our control. When an exact match is unavailable, we may recommend replacing all doors for uniformity; the cost of that decision rests with the Client.
Client acknowledges that Garage Door Grunts LLC is not liable for aesthetic differences, color variations, texture mismatches, or the unavailability of discontinued components.
Arizona's intense sun causes existing doors to fade over time. We cannot reverse or prevent this natural process. If a paint match is needed to satisfy HOA requirements, Garage Door Grunts offers a painting service at an additional cost.
Client must supply one (1) gallon of exterior 100% Acrylic Paint for any trim painting. Clients are responsible for verifying their chosen color meets HOA requirements before scheduling paint service. Garage Door Grunts LLC is not responsible for color mismatches if the Client provides their own paint or selects a color outside HOA guidelines.
Painting may be rescheduled due to unfavorable weather conditions. Garage Door Grunts LLC is not liable for damage caused by acts of God or adverse weather during or after painting.
The garage door and opener are separate components. We will attempt to integrate an existing opener with a new door installation; however, continued functionality of a pre-existing opener cannot be guaranteed.
Garage Door Grunts LLC is not liable for opener malfunctions, failures, or compatibility issues following installation. Any post-installation service to the opener will be invoiced separately. No warranty, expressed or implied, is extended to any pre-existing garage door opener. The Client waives all claims against Garage Door Grunts LLC for opener performance after installation.
We schedule installation at the earliest available opportunity. Due to ongoing supply chain conditions affecting steel products nationwide, lead times may vary:
Lead times provided at the time of sale are estimates and subject to change. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of production or shipping delays beyond our control.
Trim (weather seal) is not included in any standard installation or estimate unless explicitly stated in writing. New trim will be installed over existing trim where removal may risk property damage.
If the Client requests removal of existing trim, Garage Door Grunts LLC is not responsible for any resulting damage to stucco, fascia, or surrounding surfaces. Garage Door Grunts LLC does not provide caulking or sealing services.
If the Client paints the door before installation of new trim or retains the original trim, they accept full responsibility for any adhesion or alignment issues that result.
Garage doors must be installed level and plumb for safe operation. Where concrete floors are uneven, sloped, or designed for drainage, door alignment takes precedence. Minor gaps or light along the bottom may be visible as a result.
Warped framing or out-of-square openings may cause gaps along door sides. Garage Door Grunts LLC is not liable for pre-existing framing or concrete conditions. We may recommend H-frame replacement or pressure-treated framing upgrades at a separate cost.
Concrete repair, structural reframing, or modifications to the home fall outside our licensed scope of work.
The Client must ensure a minimum of 12 feet of clear space from the garage opening and unobstructed corners on installation day.
If the installation area is not properly cleared upon the technician's arrival, a non-refundable trip fee of $99 will be charged and must be paid in full before rescheduling. |
▶ Garage Door Grunts LLC reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 25% on standard doors and 50% on custom-order doors canceled after the order has been placed.
Garage Door Grunts LLC provides the following standard warranties on new door installations:
Panel warranty is governed solely by the door manufacturer. Garage Door Grunts LLC will advocate on the Client's behalf in cases of manufacturer defects.
No refund or replacement will be issued for an installed product that matches the specifications previously quoted or confirmed in writing — including panel design, color, size, insulation level, openers, motors, remotes, keypad entries, or hardware — unless an error was made by Garage Door Grunts LLC or the manufacturer.
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is required to place any new door order. This deposit covers procurement of materials, scheduling of labor, and allocation of resources specific to the Client's project.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon successful completion of the installation, defined as the point at which the installed door passes inspection by a Garage Door Grunts LLC technician confirming safe operation and quality standards.
If the final balance is not paid upon completion, Garage Door Grunts LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies under Arizona law, including filing a mechanic's lien against the Client's property pursuant to A.R.S. Title 33, Chapter 7. The Client may be responsible for associated legal fees, court costs, and accrued interest. |
