Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster doors keep their springs inside a tube, so a standard spring swap does not fit. Those doors are converted to standard torsion for $895 on a standard double-car door.
Oversized, glass and custom doors are heavier, and the springs have to be sized to that door. On heavy doors our techs weigh the door and calculate the spring for its exact weight. Anything that differs from a standard door is quoted in writing first.
Daytime visits are $49.95 and waived with any repair. After 6pm, Monday through Saturday, emergency dispatch is a flat $250 on top of the repair.
We check the whole door, not just the broken part. Worn cables, rollers or an aging opener are pointed out with a written price. Fix them now, later, or not at all: your call.
