OPEN POSITIONS

Garage Door Installers

Residential and/or Commercial: Garage door installers are skilled professionals responsible for the installation of garage doors in both residential and commercial properties. They work with a variety of garage door types, including overhead, roll-up, and sectional doors. Garage door installers must have a strong background in the field, as they are responsible for measuring and cutting materials to fit door frames and openings, including, but not limited to installing track, springs, hinges, brackets, drums/pulleys, and rollers, as well as connecting electronic operating systems to operate the garage doors. They should possess good communication skills, be physically capable, and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Successful candidates for this role should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in slow to fast-paced environments. (Clean driving record, clean background check required, and must be able to pass a drug test.)

Garage Door Technicians

Residential and/or Commercial: Garage door technicians are responsible for repairing and maintaining garage doors in residential and commercial properties. They troubleshoot and diagnose issues with garage doors, including but not limited to problems with springs, cables, openers, and tracks. They should have good communication skills, be physically capable, and have experience in the field. (Clean driving record, clean background check required, and must be able to pass a drug test.)

Lead Garage Door Technician

As a Lead garage door technician is an experienced technician who has extensive knowledge of garage door repair and installation. They are responsible for managing and leading a team of garage door technicians, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the required standard.

As a lead, they should have the capability to diagnose or fix errors as needed, stay up to date with the latest technological advances in the garage door industry, and deliver parts to their team members as needed. They should have excellent general communication, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills, be physically capable, and have a strong background in the field. (Clean driving record, clean background check required, and must be able to pass a drug test.)

Lead Garage Door Installer

A Lead garage door installer is an experienced installer who has extensive knowledge of garage door installation. They are responsible for managing and leading a team of garage door installers, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the required standard. As a Lead, they should have the capability to install garage doors, fix errors as needed, and deliver parts to their team members as needed. They should have excellent general communication, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills, be physically capable, and have a strong background in the field.

Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you will be managing a team of warehouse associates. Your responsibilities will include maintaining inventory accuracy, replenishing stock, processing special orders, and ensuring that the warehouse remains well-stocked to meet our client's needs. You will also be responsible for overseeing the timely receipt of shipments and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in warehouse management and hold a forklift certification. Additionally, excellent organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and keen attention to detail are crucial to the success of this position. Warehouse Associates

Warehouse associates are responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping inventory in a warehouse setting. They should be physically Capable, able to lift heavy items, have a valid drivers license to pick-up and deliver parts and materials to our warehouse, and have experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Customer Service Representatives

Customer service representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, both over the phone and in person. They should have excellent communication skills, be patient and empathetic, and have experience working in a customer service role.

Admin Assistant

Administrative assistants provide administrative support to an office or organization. Their duties include answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files and records. They should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in an administrative role.

HR Manager

The role of an HR (Human Resources) Manager is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all HR functions within an organization. This position requires outstanding leadership and communication skills, and the ability to oversee various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and benefits administration. A thorough understanding of HR laws and regulations is essential to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in HR management, with prior experience in overseeing HR functions. Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of an organization's daily operations. This position requires proficiency in a range of tasks, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative coordination of managers. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have prior experience in an operations role. A Business degree is preferred for this position, as it is highly relevant to the operations management field. (Clean background check required, and must be able to pass a drug test.)

Fleet Manager/Coordinator

As a Fleet Manager/Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee Garage Door Grunts' fleet of vehicles. Your duties will include managing the vehicles, scheduling general maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork such as tags and insurance are up to date. You will also be responsible for assigning vehicles, fuel cards, and other equipment to technicians and installers. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong organizational and communication skills, have in-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and be able to effectively manage a large fleet of vehicles. (Clean driving record, clean background check required, and must be able to pass a drug test.)
